No. You work directly with uaicode LLC, the Texas-based company operating the Calderan Technologies brand. We handle sourcing, hiring, onboarding coordination, and administration of the Latin American professionals we place, so your company doesn't need to establish a local legal entity to build its nearshore team.
Will candidates overlap with US business hours?
